In the mobile calendar, few exhibitions compare to CeBit, the mobile industry's premiere event that takes place in Hanover each March. This year Genuine Solutions took their international sales team to man their stand for the week, and with a full book of appointments and plenty of visitors the experience proved to be a huge success.
"CeBit is the place to be in our space," said Bav Majithia, MD. "Not only does it generate business, but it is a great marketing tool, and a fantastic way to carry on the international brand campaign work we have been doing since January." |

Genuine Solutions International office has now opened in Poland, and works in tandem with the UK to supply the whole of Europe with the same levels of service in accessory distribution.
"We chose Poland due to it's position and emerging market," said Christian McBride, Sales and Purchasing Director. " We have a Polish Dealer Manager with us in the UK, coordinating between the two offices for our Eastern European customers, and the opportunities this office and communication provides are endless."
Gurjit Dhillon, Director of International Sales welcomed the new operating facilities, "The company's website and business forms in Polish were a little difficult to administer in the UK, not to mention the relationships being little more than telephonic. The office gives us a closer link to our customers, a better idea of the market as we are now immersed in it and the chance for face-to-face communication for the staff working in the Polish office."
The team in Poland are only 4 strong in sales, but this is just the beginning and they are already beginning to reach capacity.
"The Polish operation is growing rapidly, and CeBit really helped us this year in terms of it's publicity and promotion." Christian McBride continued, "This is an exciting venture and we aim to have offices in other areas of Europe, servicing our international customers with a closer and more understandable relationship."

Back-to-Back Safety Accreditations |
The operations team at the Genuine Solutions Group has received back-to-back accreditations from the British Safety Council and the British Standards organisation. The two awards came in tandem as the certification from the BSC involved ensuring the safety of the workplace with highly trained supervisors, and the management systems used were approved by the BSi to ensure they upheld the strict safety requirements necessary for certification.
Paul McBride, Group Operations Director, was instrumental in achieving the standards. "These are two big awarding bodies, each one highly recognised and each one providing guidance and structure towards a safer working environment and a better level of training for the workforce."

With the local community close to the hearts of Genuine Solutions and it's employees, our latest local support came in the guise of sponsoring police activities, and more importantly purchasing bicycles to local Community Support Officers.
Bav Majithia said "The local support officers have a tough job, but they do it well. We're only too happy to help where we can. The bikes are a key tool for these guys and it's our way of giving back to the local area - one where we live and so do our employees." |
